Every cook has one or two well guarded secrets and I will gladly share mine. Herbs and spices are an excellent zero calorie way to transform a bland dish into mouthwatering fine #cuisine. Dried herbs are very handy when displayed within reach in the kitchen. I also supplement my collection with a few fresh or frozen basics like parsley, celery and oregano because they taste even better than the dried variety.
